The Concept Behind KarZeMa Brand’s Identity Design (Proposed Plan)

KarZeMa is the platform based on human resources services, established in 2018. This brand provides creative services to companies and job applicants in all job fields. The visual identity design of the KarZeMa brand was designed by Alef Design Agency.

According to the employer of this project, the required characteristics of the brand are satisfaction, humanity, simplicity and ease and the field of activity of this brand. The concept of this brand has been conceptualized and implemented on this basis. Due to its high flexibility, the plan implemented in different stages of design has provided suitable capacities to our design team. This concept is adapted from the name of KarZeMa and is printed vertically from top to bottom. In the presented concept, a helmet means work, a wink means satisfaction and a smile is included to indicate the happiness of the brand’s customers.

One of the highlights of this project is the design of its pictograms with a logotype pattern for each job field separately. These pictograms can be generalized and used for all job categories.
